Hi! We - that's Peter Filby and Sally Mitchell of RV Dynamics (UK) - are here at our premises in Reigate to help and advise you on your potential build and ownership of what we think (we're biased, of course) is one of the best Cobra replicas available today. We simply love and take great pride in the car though aren't so sure that our third partner and main man, engineer Vince Wright, ever gets quite so passionate about it. After all, he's the one who uses his immense skills at the factory, gets his hands dirty, designs, develops and generally keeps his feet on the ground.

Things have gone well since we first exhibited the Python prototype in September 2004. Although it certainly stood out in its red with blue and white stripe livery, the car never looked quite classy enough for us, so we've just had it resprayed in Rover Nightfire Red pearlescent paint. It now looks fabulous. It's a lovely colour that raises the car's image by leaps and bounds. Pure class! You'll see it at some of the shows this year.

Other news is that the first batch of Python kits has now reached the East Coast of the USA - South Carolina, to be precise - where our American agent Floyd Harper has his workshops. Floyd is expecting big things of the Python out there and has borrowed Vince for a few weeks to build up the first two US demonstrators, both with big Ford V8 power.

Back here in Britain we have another demonstrator being built with Rover V8 power, which should be ready by June/July time. Meantime, if you'd like to see our current BMW 3.5-litre straight six engined Python in its glorious new paint, please contact us.
